1. All Sales Final

All purchases made through this platform are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or product dissatisfaction. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is made directly to the supplier by bank transfer once your order is placed; you will receive payment instructions by email. Orders are confirmed after the supplier confirms your payment has been received.

3. Account Eligibility

Access to the product catalog and purchasing functionality is restricted to verified buyers only. We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate buyer accounts at our sole discretion without notice.

4. Product Availability

Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all product information is error-free. Stock availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are forwarded to our supplier for fulfillment. Once an order has been forwarded, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. All sales are final.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this platform or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

8. Contact

This platform is operated by NextBridge LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. NextBridge LLC operates the ordering platform and is not the seller of the products ordered through it; the supplier is the seller of record and collects payment directly.
